Directive Training I am no stranger to giving orders especially when I want a certain product. The amount of prescience needed to make those calls was not a metric I initially considered.

First Frost Being from LA, I am unfamiliar with the general changing of the seasons. It's pretty consistently spring/summer over there. However, one of the things I love here are the seasons particularly ice in the winter. I was on my way to the gym this morning when I saw this and had to take a picture. The odd pattern of the ice looks like Jack Frost decided to play hopscotch down this brick walkway and I love it.

Haze of the Divine Rebirth Perfect Balance An Ebbing Sky Focus  Typically I consider myself photographically inept. My father was a photographer in college, my mother received a very expensive camera when she graduated college and my younger sister is a photograph prodigy; as is every kid in her generation seemingly. By some odd chance I find myself in a photography class. Much to the delight of my father, who has admonished my photography skills. I wasn't expecting much but I found myself pleasantly surprised by the profundity that goes into taking pictures. As a first assignment, the professor told us to take five pictures of our day-to-day lives. These five pictures are the outcome of this assignment.
